Explanation of the Blocked Phone Numbers Feature​

1. What is the Blocked Phone Numbers Feature?​

  • Purpose: This feature allows you to block numbers that may harm your business or cause issues by preventing them from using the OTP (One-Time Password) for confirming orders.
  • Usage: You can add the numbers you want to block from using the service or remove them if you have previously blocked them.

2. Add a Blocked Number​

  • How to Use: You can add a blocked phone number through the designated field. Simply enter the number in the provided box and click Save.
  • Activation: Once the blocked number is entered and saved, it will no longer be able to use OTP to confirm orders.

3. Delete a Blocked Number​

  • How to Delete: If you wish to remove a number from the blocked list, you can click the button to delete the number from the list.

4. Manage Blocked Numbers​

  • Description: You can easily manage your blocked numbers list through this page. The system displays all the blocked numbers you have, and you can edit or delete any number as needed.

Notes​

  • Make sure that the blocked number does not negatively affect your business.
  • Numbers can be added or deleted according to your policies to ensure the best protection.
